As of the weekend, the plan was for John Cena to defend the WWE championship against Batista at the 5/23 Over the Limit PPV in a loser leaves town match. However, word reached the office that TNA is doing a career vs. title match with Tara vs. Madison Rayne, so apparently to avoid looking like they copied, WWE changed the match to an I Quit match.
